Many of the songs were written over four years ago and sat in Lexie’s ‘rainy day songs’ collection, never being performed or published until picked up by Pete Brazier who convinced Lexie they needed to be heard. With a chilled and relaxing vibe, reminiscent of the warm summer evenings it was recorded and mixed within; BREATHE leads you into the contemporary sound of Lexie Green sitting perfectly amongst the music of Katie Melua and Tift Merritt.
